RE:" pee on the side of the toilet" you dont pee on the side of the toilet so it isn't loud. you pee on the side so it doesn't splash on you're legs as much.

    Are you a girl? Maybe thats why girls do it...us guys do it sometimes to keep the noise down. Sometimes it seems unbelievably loud in a quiet bathroom or when the bathroom is right next to a room full of your friends hanging out.
